Ingredients
  

  • 1 400g roll bought, ready-made puff pastry thawed
  • 16-20 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Marmite or Oxo or Bovril
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 ring feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ tsp oregano or Italian herbs

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet so that it is flat.
  • Place onto a greased tray and pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F.
  • Spread the Marmite evenly over the pastry.
  • Slice through the tomatoes and place halves face down to cover most of the surface of the dough.
  • Spread grated cheese over.
  • Sprinkle over herbs.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
