- 1 400g roll bought, ready-made puff pastry thawed
- 16-20 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Marmite or Oxo or Bovril
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 ring feta cheese crumbled
- ½ tsp oregano or Italian herbs
Roll out the puff pastry sheet so that it is flat.
Place onto a greased tray and pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F.
Spread the Marmite evenly over the pastry.
Slice through the tomatoes and place halves face down to cover most of the surface of the dough.
Spread grated cheese over.
Sprinkle over herbs.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
