Delicious Chocolate Lava Cakes
An irresistible chocolate lava cake oozing with molten chocolate, presented on a plate and garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

- 100 gram butter melted
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 380 gram chocolate brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 12 70% Lindor balls unwrapped

Preheat your oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Line a baking tray and sides with baking paper.
Brush a muffin pan (12holes) 1 tbsp melted butter.
Dust the base and sides of muffin pan holes with cocoa, turn over so excess falls out.
Using a medium mixing bowl, place the brownie mix, eggs, ⅓ cup water, and remaining melted butter mix well.
Divide mixture among prepared pan holes.
Place 1 Lindor ball into the center of each hole, pushing the ball a third of the way into the mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or till cake is firm to touch and chocolate balls have melted.
Leave to cool for 2 minutes.
Turn the muffin pan out onto a prepared tray, tap the muffin pan to release cakes.
Transfer the cakes to serving plates.
Dust with extra cocoa, dollop with cream, and serve immediately.
