Delicious Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gram butter melted
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 380 gram chocolate brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 70% Lindor balls unwrapped
  • double cream to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • Line a baking tray and sides with baking paper.
  • Brush a muffin pan (12holes) 1 tbsp melted butter.
  • Dust the base and sides of muffin pan holes with cocoa, turn over so excess falls out.
  • Using a medium mixing bowl, place the brownie mix, eggs, ⅓ cup water, and remaining melted butter mix well.
  • Divide mixture among prepared pan holes.
  • Place 1 Lindor ball into the center of each hole, pushing the ball a third of the way into the mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or till cake is firm to touch and chocolate balls have melted.
  • Leave to cool for 2 minutes.
  • Turn the muffin pan out onto a prepared tray, tap the muffin pan to release cakes.
  • Transfer the cakes to serving plates.
  • Dust with extra cocoa, dollop with cream, and serve immediately.
