Puff Pastry Apple Tarts

- 2 rolls bought puff pastry
- 200 grams canned pie apples
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- icing sugar to dust
- 1 tbsp butter to grease
Grease a baking tray.
Heat oven to 200°C/392°F.
Cut puff pasty into 6 x 3cm strips.
Place on baking try, leaving some space in between.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool down slightly and remove the top half from each strip.
Drain pie apples.
Cut in small pieces and mix with cinnamon.
Place a spoonful of apple filling onto the bottom halves of baked pastry.
Cover with the top half of pastry.
Sift icing sugar over just before dishing them up.
