Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 12 oz dry spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • cups cabbage shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in 2 liters of water with a tbsp. of salt until al dente. Drain.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken and onion for about 12 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and move to one side in pan.
  • Add garlic, ginger, carrot and cabbage and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Pour soy sauce and broth over. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix and combine with spaghetti.
