- 3 cups marrow (zucchini) raw, grated
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp onion salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. and onion salt.
Add melted butter and eggs. Mix.
Stir in grated marrow and cheese.
Bake in a greased pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
