Ingredients
  

  • cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1⅞ cup sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 24 paper cups for cup cakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170°/ 350°F.
  • Mix together milk, eggs and sugar. Add oil.
  • Sift together dry ingredients.
  • Use a blender to work the flour mix into the wet mixture.
  • Add vanilla essence and stir through choc chips.
  • Spoon batter into cup cake cups and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cool down before decorating.
