Ingredients
  

  • 500 g half shell mussels
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup white wine dry
  • ½ cup parsley fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Fry the onions and garlic in the butter until soft.
  • Add wine and cook until it is reduced by ⅓.
  • Add cream and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the mussels and cover the pan.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in lemon sauce, zest. salt, pepper and parsley.
