Tender and Juicy Baked Lamb Rib

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg lamb ribs, separated
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • tbsp chilli paste
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170°C/350°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Mix all the glaze ingredients.
  • Place the ribs on the baking sheet and spread half the glaze over the ribs.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then brush with some glaze and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Glaze again and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Increase heat to 220°C/430°F and grill until caramelised. Watch carefully so that they don't burn.
