Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams almond flour
  • 130 grams butter melted
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 125 ml cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 - 4 tbsp honey or xylitol
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add melted butter and chocolate to almond flour and shape crust into a pan.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and pour into crust.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350ºF).
  • Reduce heat to 150°C (300ºF) and bake for a further 25 minutes.
  • Open the oven door to cool down.
  • Garnish with berries or serve ungarnished.
