1cupflour
1tspvanilla essence
¼tspsalt
½cupsugar
2eggs
1tspbaking powder
½cupmilk
3tbspcooking oil
Instructions
Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Add vanilla.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Boil milk and oil together.
Mix into the batter.
Fill a greased flan pan 3/4.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C (350ºF).
Remove from pan with the flat side facing down.
