Ingredients
  

  • 4 hake fillet portions, cleaned black skin removed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp Aromat
  • ¼ tsp spice for fish
  • salt to taste
  • 500 ml vegetable oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix spices, except salt, through flour.
  • Beat egg in a separate bowl.
  • Heat oil well.
  • Dip fish in egg, then coat with flour mix.
  • Deep fry 6 - 8 minutes.
  • Drain on kitchen paper, add salt and serve.
