Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the vinegar, honey, sugar, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken, cover and marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and place drumsticks on an oven rack with foil beneath to catch the drip.
  • Bake approximately 30 minutes.
  • In the meantime, bring marinade to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Brush onto the cooked chicken and bake another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
