Chocolate Mug Cake (Microwave)

This is a recipe for a quick, individual chocolate mug cake. You can serve it with whipped cream on top, melted chocolate or just dust it with icing sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup cake flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Use the cup you are going to bake the cake in. Mix together oil, water, milk and vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Microwave on 100% for 1 minute 45 seconds.
  • Once cooled, dust with icing sugar.
