Ingredients

tuna in brine
drained

small onion
chopped

pack Beef flavoured chips
Simba or Willards

eggs

ml
milk
pepper to taste and very little salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
Grease a glass bowl.
Crush crisps and mix through tuna. Add onions.
Add some salt and pepper to milk and mix with eggs. Remember that the tuna was in brine and the crisps are salty. Don't add too much salt.
Mix through tuna mix and pour into greased bowl.
Bake for 20 minutes.
