Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 ml salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the garlic and salt, shake or stir well and serve immediately with grilled seafood.

Variation

  • Lemon butter sauce - substitute 5 ml lemon juice for the garlic.

Note

  • Left-over sauce can be used for garlic bread or frozen for later use.
