Use your leftover braaivleis meats for this delicious breakfast dish. Serve with pap or bread.

- 500 grams leftover, cooked, braaivleis meat wors, steak, chops, all cut up in chunks
- 1 onion large, chopped
- 2 potatoes cooked, cubed
- ½ yellow or red pepper diced
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Use the oil to fry the onion until brown.
Add chopped pepper and selection of meats. Stir.
Add chopped, cooked potatoes.
Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
