Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams leftover, cooked, braaivleis meat wors, steak, chops, all cut up in chunks
  • 1 onion large, chopped
  • 2 potatoes cooked, cubed
  • ½ yellow or red pepper diced
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Use the oil to fry the onion until brown.
  • Add chopped pepper and selection of meats. Stir.
  • Add chopped, cooked potatoes.
  • Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
