1 packet lemon jelly 250 ml boiling water 1 tin Litchi quartered Syrup reserved on one side 21 ml gelatin desolved in cold water (15min) 250 ml cream stiffly beaten 1½ packet Marie biscuits crushed 250 gram cream cheese 375 gram condensed milk 120 ml melted butter
Take crushed biscuits and mix with enough melted butter to bind together.
To prepare the crust, press it firmly into the pie dish. Then, bake it in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 180°C (356℉) until golden brown.
Put aside and allow to cook completely.
Dissolve jelly in boiled water and the juice of 1 tin litchis plus the gelatin mixture.
Then add the remaining ingredients one by one blending carefully but very well.
Pour into pie shell and leave overnight in fridge.
Before serving decorate with halved litchis and cream rosettes.
