The Best Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe | Easy & Decadent - BestRecipes

There is nothing quite like a homemade chocolate cake to bring the family together. In South Africa, we love a cake that isn’t just sweet, but rich and deeply cocoa-infused. This recipe is a “one-bowl” wonder, making it perfect for busy bakers. The secret ingredient? A cup of hot coffee. Don’t worry, you won’t taste the coffee, but it “blooms” the cocoa powder to give you the most intense chocolate flavour and a crumb that melts in your mouth.
