Ingredients
  

  • 10 pcs bread
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 eggs

Top Layer:

  • 1 cup butter soft
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Take 10 slices of bread, cut off crusts and cut large blocks, 1 slice – 4 blocks.
  • Pour ½ cup sugar on top of bread blocks.Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, add 4 cups of milk (1l), let milk just warm, do not boil.
  • Beat 4 eggs, pour very slowly into hot milk mixture, the eggs must not set, mix well.
  • Pour mixture over bread blocks, leave for 5 minutes for milk to absorb well.
  • Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉).
  • When pudding is finished baking, remove from oven and mix everything for the topping together and spread roughly over the pudding.
  • Place back in the oven for 20 minutes, pudding is nicely brown when it comes out, serve with custard.
