sponge cake
cut into large squares
Instructions
Cut a bought or baked sponge cake into large squares - 1½ x 1½ inches.
Mix icing sugar and cocoa with butter and milk.
Use a fork and dip each sponge cake square into the syrup on all sides. It should not soak right through but should be moist all over.
Roll in the coconut.
