Ingredients
  

  • 175 ml cooked white beans
  • 1 packet finger biscuits lady fingers
  • 1 can raspberries
  • 1 packet raspberry instant pudding
  • 50 ml sherry
  • 2 tbsp castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 100 ml raspberry yoghurt
  • 240 g cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mash the beans
  • Pack the biscuits in a single layer in a transparent serving dish
  • Sprinkle the sherry over the biscuits
  • Mix together the beans, cottage cheese, yoghurt, cream, instant pudding and sugar
  • Spread the mix evenly over the biscuits
  • Mix the corn starch with the fruit syrup
  • Add the berries and boil until it thickens, stirring all the time
  • Spread over tart and allow to chill
