Ingredients
- 3 leeks, white and pale green parts only sliced
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 1 tbsp flour
- 5 cups potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook leeks and garlic in oil for a few minutes.
- Add chicken broth, onion powder and potatoes.
- Cook for 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
- Mix in blender.
- Stir in flour and milk while on stove again.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
