Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190ºC (370ºF), line the muffin cups with baking papers.
  • Cream the butter and sugar till light and foamy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Add the flour, mixing the baking powder and salt together.
  • Alternating with milk beat well, stir in vanilla essence.
  • Dividing them evenly among the pans, bake for 18 minutes.
