Ingredients
  

  • 500 g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can(340ml) beer
  • 250 g cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Mix together flour, salt and beer.
  • Add cheese.
  • Place in a greased bread pan and bake 30 - 40 minutes.
