- 500 g self raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can(340ml) beer
- 250 g cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Mix together flour, salt and beer.

- Place in a greased bread pan and bake 30 - 40 minutes.
