Ingredients
  

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp Tobasco sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Mix together oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and Tobasco sauce into a paste.
  • Wash wings, dry and cover with the marinade paste.
  • Cover and leave for 1 hour.
  • Bake in oven at 300°F for 20 minutes.
  • Turn and bake at 425°F for another 30 minutes.
