Ingredients
- 190 grams plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pepper to taste
- ⅛ tsp chilli powder
- 1 avocado cubed
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 celery diced
- 2 tbsp red onion diced
- salt to taste
- lettuce to garnish
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, pepper and chili powder in a blender.
- Add ½ of the avo and blend until creamy.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, celery, chicken and the remaining ½ avo, onion, and salt, mix until well combined.
- Serve with fresh lettuce or as desired.
