Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams dry red lentils
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3 carrots grated
  • 1 large potato
  • 50 grams tomato paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 150 grams beef shin
  • 2 pieces marrow bone
  • 2 liters water

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef shin in some water for 10 minutes in the microwave oven.
  • Add to the pot.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients together in a large pot or pressure cooker.
  • Cook for 2 hours on the stove, or 1 hour in a pressure cooker.
  • Blend the mix to smoothen the soup somewhat.
