Ingredients
- 4 Gem Squashes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 liter water
- 80 grams butter
- 4 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Prick each squash twice with a fork
- Boil in salt water for approximately 25 minutes if fresh. Allow more time for older and larger squashes.
- Cut in halves and remove seeds with a spoon.
- Put some butter on each half.
- Sugar is optional. You may prefer to eat it with extra salt.
