Easy Homemade Pizza Dough (Quick & Chewy Crust)
Ingredients
- 4½ cups cake flour 250ml per cup
- 1 egg
- 8 tbsp cooking oil or preferred oil
- baking powder a pinch
- salt a pinch
Instructions
- Using a cup measure 4½ cups flour (250ml per cup)
- 1 egg mixed with 4 tbps oil and top up the cup with milk
- Using the same cup, add 4 tbps of oil and top up the cup with water
- Add a pinch of baking powder and a pinch of salt
- Mix well together and then using more cake flour for the surface before rolling out the dough
- Place in oven pan
- Add your favourite toppings
- Bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes
