Classic South African Cremora Tart

Ingredients
- 500 grams cremora powder
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 250 ml lemon juice fresh if possible
- 250 ml water freezing cold
- 1 packet tennis biscuits
Instructions
- In a small bowl place the Cremora and add the ice water.
- Mixing the Cremora and ice water well, add the condensed milk and continue to mix until smooth.
- Adding the lemon juice bit by bit till all is mixed in and the mixture has thickened.
- Set aside a few biscuits for the topping and use the rest to line the inner of your dish. Spoon the filling over the biscuit layers.
- Breaking the biscuits to pieces and crush with a tolling pin. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the filling.
- Chill in refrigerator for an hour.
